As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance with the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), all employees are provided with a Key Information Document (KID) at the outset of their employment, also known as the induction form.

For each assignment you undertake, you will receive an Assignment Form, which details the specific pay rates, working hours, location, and other important information relevant to that assignment. 

These documents form part of your statutory right to receive clear and accurate information about your employment terms under the AWR. They are designed to ensure you fully understand the conditions of each assignment before you start.
